Re: MarelliPlex timing



I believe that the Marelli Plex 201 has about 6 degrees less total advance 
than the stock Marelli S103 distributors. I generally set them on TDC at 
idle for both carbs or spica.  They have been very reliable for me.  The 
old red Shankle catalogs had graphs of all the alfa distributor advances, 
including the Plex and Shankle's recurved modification to increase advance.
