New Italian "Es Donis"

Last night on French TV they showed the new Italian "Es Donise" (not
sure about the spelling).  V12 from Bugatti.  Twin asymetrical
turbos. Handmade (hammered) aluminum body.  700 Hp.  Top speed 380
km/hr.  Red-line at 9000 rpm  0-100km in 3.2 secs.  Virtually no
electronics except for the ABS.

Price 700,000 Euros = $ 615,552 US!

Would this car even be allowed into the U.S?
