Subject: Sagging sun visors

The sun visors in my spider keep falling down while driving with the top up.
They will stay fully up when the top is down but refuse to stay close to the
top when driving covered.  Short of the obvious suggestion to always drive
top down is there any way to solve.  I seem to remember a web page that had
instructions to drill into the support rod and place a roll pin or something
of that sort.  Is this page still around?
