Nope. The fuel pump stays on as long as the ignition key is in "RUN"
position. The fuel pressure is maintained by the fuel pressure regulator
in the fuel rail. It is that canister that joins the left and right bank
fuel rails together at the front of the engine.

On a stock Milano (also the GTV6; 164 owners ignore this), the two "Bosch
type" connectors as you describe it go to (from left to right as you face
the engine):

	1. cold start injector circuit
	2. ECU temperature input
	3. gauge temperature sender, and overheat warning light (these are
the spade connectors).

It sounds like you're missing one spade connector because (3) takes two
spades. Also, there is a ground wire should terminate into the thermostat
housing itself.
