Changing locks in '86 Spider

Is this something that is very complicated???  Need to do Driver and
Passenger and wanted to know if I need any special tools or anything.
Dealership has offered to do the same but six hours seems pretty steep to
change them?  Door panels unscrew, how hard is it to pull the tumblers out
and swap them?
