Andrew,
Almost directly across from where the female part of
the belts attach, there is a nut welded into the
rockers. It's the same thread as the others. Pull up
the carpet there, or poke through it with an awl and
you'll find it. It's easy to find, they probably just
carpeted over it by mistake.
Gotta love those DPO's...
