Funny you should mention this.  I'm in the process of having this done to an
ignition box from a Maserati GT car.  Sent the box to a company called
Perma-Tune, they return it with completely different insides, plug
compatible with the original unit.  More reliable, and less $$ than a
replacement OEM would cost.
