Oil Leak INSIDE Car?

On the passengers side floor there is a drip...drip type of leak of what
seems to be a yellow oily fluid. It drips from under the glove
compartment shelf area onto the floor. When I pulled out of the gas
station today it dripped pretty steady for about one minute, totally
soaking a large napkin and then a few pieces of paper.

What is this fluid and whys it leakin? I know its not engine fluid since
mine is a bit, um, darker...
