No, that is US OBD / OBD2 rules, which do not apply in Europe. They
have recently mandated a common socket for diagnostics, but no
common standard for how that socket communicates
This is all part of the reason that we in the UK get ripped off for
cars and servicing. Take it outside the dealer network to someone
who actually bothers to do the job properly and the warrenty is
invalidated.
