L-Jetronic to Motronic

Hi all...

I heard some have changed their "L-J" systems to Motronic to
take advantage of the digital chips and other eletronic do-dads.

How difficult a task is this?

How much did it cost?

Was it worth it?

Can it be done for a 1987 spider?

So many questions, so little time to answer...
