I hope that police officers, list members and others who read the 
original post on this subject will not take it as a typical Alfa owner 
attitude.  The police officer was being helpful, courteous and human. 
The author of the post was breaking the law, misleading the police 
officer and generally demonstrating that it wasn't the police officer 
who was ignorant.
