Spider front marker light

Can anybody across the pond help me with this?  I customer of mine here in
the U.K. has just crashed his US-import Spider and needs one of the
rectangular marker lights that are fitted to the front wings/fenders of
US-market cars.  Does anybody have one, preferebly new, if not good used?
The car is 1981and it's the left hand side if it makes any difference.
