Howdy Jim,

You probably spoke with Fred Zimmermann, longtime AROCSD member, who
crewed for his son Richard in a Vista based electric single seater that
raced at PIR and during a LBGP event.  Fred is at ZAS in Vista with web
site in the Romeo and Giulietta newsletter.

I saw the LBGP electric car race.  Although they were about 100 mph
slower than a CART or F1 car on the same circuit it was still real
racing.
