Battery 1000 Cranking Amps for 91 Spider?

Hello all,
Since the 550 & 675 cranking amp battery and 800 & 1000 cranking amp battery only $20 different, I'm thinking about getting the 800(cold)&1000Amp battery for my 91 Alfa Spider. If I use this battery, will it kill my starter or my electrical system of any kind? I think the battery is old because when the cooling fans are on, I can't start the car, it's only click, but as soon as the cooling fans are off, the car start right up.
On the 91 Spider, do both of the fans get turned on when the temperature is high, on my car they both do. I thought 1 fan should be for the air condition only.
One of my window only goes up and down when the battery is not used extensively like halogen lights on, stereo, fans. I don't know if it's the battery or the switch or the motor itself start taking too much current. Do you think if I change my battery, it will fix it.

Thanks,

Louis
