Milano radio RnR

Hi Will,

It's been a while but the milano radio replacement is easy.  Do yourself a
favor and buy it from Crutchfield as they'll give you a wiring harness that
plugs right up - all you'll need to do is connect the harness' color coded
wires to the radio's color coded bare wires and plug it in.
