RE: About Portello's book



I'd be interested in a copy of this book.

Question for the general digest - is it a simple matter to arrange payment
to Italy and have it shipped to the US from there?  Or might it make sense
to coordinate a single payment and bulk shipment to the US, then
redistribute from there?
