Interesting.  So all the Alfas running around outside of the USA with 
round 5.75" headlamps don't actually use the standard ones but rather 
something Alfa-specific?

On another note, I wouldn't consider myself a "luckly blighter" for 
having to spend multiple hundreds of dollars on H4/H1 headlamps. 
However "poor" they might be, I think I'd much rather be "stuck" with 
the Carello units that you poor blokes down under got, than have 
completely useless 1930's technology headlamps that I can replace 
with good ones for hundreds of dollars.  Feel free to send all your 
"poor-quality Carello" lights to the USA so I can give them to people 
who can't afford proper lighting but would still like to see where 
they're going in the dark.
