164 power steering noise

Hello,

I need some pointers on whether my power steering pump on my '91 164L is 
shot or just in need of bleeding. A few months ago I replaced a leaking 
return line. Now I'm experiencing a whirring noise not only when turning the 
wheel but also under no pressure turning left or right. Is there a bleeder 
screw somewhere on the rack that I need to purge or is the pump about to go? 
Reservoir is full.
