Subject: Noisy verde engine

Anyone know why a perfectly good sounding Milano 3.0 engine would get very
noisy in the top end after setting outside in the cold for 3 or 4 days?
Lots of clicking and clacking. Oil pressure indicates good, using mobil 1
synthetic. Is there something inside that would cause a lack of lubrication
to the top end? Sounds like no oil is getting up there. Any ideas are much
appreciated.
