re: 115 headers

For a stock motor, the answer is: the stock manifold.

The exhaust system Alfa Romeo installed at the factory is far better than
most. It has been shown quantitatively that aftermarket tubing headers
don't perform any better than the 1974-vintage stock cast-iron header
except on serious race motors with major improvements in breathing on the
intake side and through the head. Besides that, the aftermarket stuff
often doesn't fit and is significantly less durable than the factory
pieces. Save your money for things that matter.
