Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to all digesters!

How does one properly install a chain tensioner when the head is already
attached to the block?

(I understand that if I look through the bolt hole there should be 1-1/2
threads exposed for the tensioner to be assembled correctly.)

Any help would really be appreciated.
