i am sorry you're having difficulties.  it's too bad stebro has treated you this way.  at the wery least, they shouldn't charge your credit card.  but, regarding your not having received the product yet, i tink 9/11 may have someting to do w/it.  after all, this isn't a rare order for them, like for a '59 alfa, or a maser bora.  i have ordered exhausts from stebro for 164, milano, & gtwe6, & have always received what i ordered, & in a timely fashion.  the quality was amazing.  i will order from them again - soon, actually, dunno how much longer the werde's exhaust will hold together...
