RE: V6 in a Spider?



I haven't heard of it done in a Spider - but a couple of GTV conversions have been discussed here on the digest. I think the big difference is the height of the hood - the GTV makes it MUCH easier (although still major surgery, including modifying the firewall).

	GTV6/Milano motor installed in a Spider?  What are the limiting factors?
	Underhood space?  Bellhousing adapter?  Front crossmember in the way?  I
	realize the harness and fuel injection from the V6 would have to be
	fitted, and it would be simpler if the Spider tranny/rear end was
	retained.  If anyone has thought this out, please chime in.
