115 GTV A/C

My '74 GTV once had A/C as well. I've got the same pictured
compressor and bracket in a box in the basement (P.O. took
compressor and radiator out and gave me the parts with the
car). I've still got all of the hoses and the interior
parts in the car (and the battery is in the trunk).
Operationally, outside air ventilation comes from the vents
in the outer ends of the dash. Heat (or A/C if it worked, I
guess) is supplied from the dash top vents (demisting) and
from the two vents in the front of the A/C & heater unit
below the dash. Works well to heat such a small car, but I
can't comment on A/C performance. AR3024409 if anyone's
keeping track. Can't check details any more closely than
this now, as the car has been put up into winter storage.
