15x7 Wheels - MAS MGR for Milano

I am considering these wheels sold by Discount Tire Direct.  How does the
mounting work - are they "hubcentric" with some sort of adaptor or do they
rely on the wheel bolts?  Has anyone purchased them and do they have any
comments regarding them - quality/fit etc.?  The price is hard to beat, and
it looks like they are getting low in stock.  Based on the feedback I have
received here from a prior question (thanks, everyone) I would probably use
205/50 tires (although for the snows I am considering that might be a hard
size and too wide?).
