The Wilwood caliper weighs 4.4 pounds
The aluminum hat & rotor weighs 8.75 pounds

This represents a large unsprung weight savings.  I do not know the
weight of a stock caliper, but the stock 115 one piece hat and disk
weighs 13.75 pounds, a reduction of 5 pounds.  

Even if you don't need more clamping power on the front you may
experience better road compliance with the Wilwood / Coleman brake kit.

This is the kit Larry Dickman has pioneered for several years.
