aluminum wheel help needed

hi all,

i have finally moved my '81 spider out of the garage and am ready for 
some paint and body work.  the car came to me with a set of ford 
mustang mags on it.  i have acquired a proper set of cromodora 38's 
that have suffered at the hands of the previous owner through spray 
paint and some other caustic materials.  anything i can do to bring 
some life and luster back to these?
