Fuel Vapor Canister Valve (NEW) needed, 74 Spider

What's up cats....

Who sells the fuel vapor canister valve (NEW, not used) thingie that dangles 
from the end of the "T" just forward of the black plastic tank in the left 
side of the trunk in my Spider ? ? ?

The item is small....  kinda like a big Rolo with a screen thing on the 
bottom.

I currently don't have one installed on my car.  Would lacking this piece 
contribute the the gas fumes I get whilst top is up or upon
start-up on humid foggy nights ?
