Installation of heavier sway bars in either a GTV6 or a Milano (probably
Alfetta as well) requires welding in a couple of support brackets on either
side. If you install heavier sway bars and don't install the supporting
brackets, you will have problems.

As for the rear end links, I hade those reinforced as well - simple welding
in of a boxing plate around the 'U' part of the end link.

I know this doesn't answer the question you asked (I don't have an answer
for that question), just wanted to point out that installation of beefier
suspension components is not simply bolt-on application of those components.
