91 spider sagging

Hello group,
I just noticed that the rear end of my 91 spider is a half inch lower on the 
drivers side.
My garage floor is perfectly level. Im planning on changing a bad trailing 
arm bushings, Should i change the coil springs while im at it?Would a worn 
trailing arm bushing on the drivers side cause that side to sag?
