Need a car checked -- Elkton, MD

  Is there anybody near Elkton, Maryland, who might be able to look at a car 
for me in the 1900 block of W. Pulaski Highway?  I just need a quick 10 
minute once-over, and maybe a drive down the street and back, not an hour 
long crawl around & look for rust type of check.
