91 Spider Steering box adjustment???

Hello all,
 My 91 spider has freeplay and clunking noise when I move the steering wheel back and forth. How do I adjust this and do we need to put any oil or grease in this box? There are 2 bolts on this box, one with a nut and one smaller one (hex) bolt. I believe the one with a nut is for some kind of adjustment, the other one is to fill oil or grease? 
 If it can be adjusted, how do we do this correctly since I can't find it in the shop manual.
