What's in a name

I have always believed it stood for Giulia Tubolare Zagato.  Have I been
wrong for these many years?

Some respondents have said they've seen the more obvious Grand Tourismo
Zagato in books, not that authors can't be wrong.  I might be.   I await my
affirmation or censure.
