Spider A/C Compressor bearing, oil pan gasket

Hello everyone,
Im getting ready to do some fall repairs to my 91 spider. The Air 
conditioning works great but the compressor bearing is growling. Did any of 
you ever change the bearing ive changed them on other cars in the past, Who  
sells the bearing for this compressor. Also has anyone changed an upper oil 
pan gasket on the 91 spider,Does the engine have to be lifted to get the pan 
out? Any information is greatly appreciated.
