Looking at a 164L

This saturday I am going to look at this 1991 164L.

Anyone know the owner of this car?  I thought it kind of odd that heads were
rebuilt at 37K miles.  Anyone else think so?  Anything I should look out
for?

I am looking to buy a low-mile 164 or Milano.  Anyone know any for sale in
the Portland, Oregon area?
