Here's a random question for somebody:  Legend has it that the 
Alfasud was actually certified for sale in the USA and that somebody 
in NA still has the official EPA test car.  My question: does this 
car have a SPICA system on it, or were they going to put extra-sissy 
carbs on it to satisfy USA evaporative emissions rules?
