1969 Brake MC

Two possibilities that I can think of:

1. One of your brake hoses is disintegrating
internally, and a plap has broken off and is acting
like a one-way valve.

2. Too little free play or the wrong actuating rod is
preventing the MC piston from returning all the way,
and the bleedback hole is remaining covered, thereby
preventing the fluid in the mc from flowing back into
the reservoir. Admittedly, this problem would
probably cause the all the pistons to refuse to
release.
