Intermittent Check Engine Light - 91 Spider

The check engine light will come on every 3-4 minutes or so and but then goes 
off after about a second.  It never stays on all the time.  Otherwise it runs 
very well with steady idle and no hesitation, but it is annoying.  Seems to 
happen less on steady highway runs and when the engine is cold.  Is there 
something wrong or should I ignore it?  Possibly a bad ground or loose wire 
somewhere?  Would appreciate any advice or help.  Thanks in advance.
