body. As the throttle closes you should hear the switch click. If there is 
not a click the ECU does not know that the throttle is closed so it continues 
to feed fuel. If you have the throttle idle speed screw turned in too much 
the switch will not close.
3) Check carefully for vacuum leaks.
4) If all else fails tap into the O2 sensor lead with a DVM and as you drive 
verify that the O2 reading are switching around 0.45v and that when you close 
the throttle that the readings go full lean.
