Master Cylinder Rebuild - Part 2



Turns out that a bicycle pump was enough to push out the second piston. As a
matter of fact it was strong enough to launch it off the work bench, just
what I didn't want to do. Forget a compressor, I'll just run air tools off
my bicycle pump!

Now the question is how to get the seals off the pistons. The ones on the
back end of the piston just slide off but the ones in the middle of the
piston are much harder. Do you just lever them off with brute force or is
there something I'm missing? I'm betting on the latter since it would seem
rather hard to get the new ones on without damaging them.
