Re: Compression Test of 74 Spider



They are VERY low--If I remember corectly, my Spider ( a couple of
years ago) was in the mid 100's. They should also all be close to the
same reading from pot to pot. If you want to test the cause, squirt
motor oil into a cylinder just before testing the compression--if it
goes way up, you've got a ring problem, if not, your valves are
shot--you DID remove ALL plugs before testing any, right?
