Look at the lines.  The line coming from the tank is where the fuel is
coming from, the line going towards the front of the car is where the fuel
is heading to.

Telling you where to point the arrow relative to the orientation of the car
is unreliable, as there is no telling how some PO may have re-routed fuel
lines during prior filter changes.
