Spider Condensor

I've just finished building my electronic Ignition Module for
my Spider and want to test it on the bench before I install it.
Does anyone know what value cap is used for  the condensor in
a 76 (or any) Spider?
47 uF? 4.7uF? 22uF? 2.2uF? I know it's one of these. Help???
BTW, I still have 45 of the ic's up for grabs if anyone wants one.
And a nice board layout artwork (e_mailable)"is that a real word?"
