hi brian, 

is the "free-swinging 6" SRE/ST3 tweeter" available as an option in the
above-mentioned speakers?  which of these would give best
midrange/imaging/soundstage, when crossed over at ~60hz to a pair of vmps larger
subs?  (or, do you have any other recommendations?)  room size is ~25'x38'.  i'm
currently getting excellent results w/a pair of bi-amped meret re's (small
monitors, w/6" & 1" focal drivers), crossed over to the vmps larger subs at
60hz, but i'm intrigued by your ribbon speakers.
