threadlocker

Is the Wurth threadlocker that ALfa recommends (requires?) for the
mechanical V6 tensioner installation generally available?  Is there an
equivalent?  Instructions say "Do not usa any other type of thread lock.
Use only Wurth part #8932423.  No other sealer or thread lock compound is
recommended."
