spider comparisons

Do the 1972-1974 spiders use any parts that could be taken from a 1984 
spider, ie, would the various body parts fit, and are they interchangeable 
without modification?  What are the differences, if any?  Could the front 
and rear suspensions, trans, diff, seats/runners, brakes, dashboard,etc.be 
swapped into the 1974?  Thanks for your input.
