parting my milano (?)

Can't decide.. fix or part and move on with my life :)

abt. 90k miles, motor runs great! new AFM, recent belt/pump.
G-box OK, 20k miles on clutch.
What's a pair of headlights and the ABS system worth? Also, a new steering rack
(well, 20-30 k miles).  Split leather interior..
If anybody interested in abs parts, it'll help me make a decision :)
