GM-Fiat (rebadging issue)

One last note.. for those worried about Saturn 156's, and
Alfa Devilles.

They say the alliance is strictly for marketing/development.
There will be no Fiats sold as Chevys.. The brands and
cars stay seperate.  Actually FIAT and GM remain competitors,
but work for cost cutting.
