If I remember correctly the $1500 Quattro option is rather recent, in the 
last few years around the last redesign of the A4. Before this time it was a 
$7k - $8k option. This will skew the data and it raises the question of both 
marketing and economy of scale, neither of which it appears that Alfa has in 
necessary quantities.
