Yes, Ralph, sadly it is the way it will continue. The biggest complaint
I hear from my wholesale accounts is that they have to spend so much
time tracking down parts. In SF Bay area, the guy's time on the phone is
worth $1.47 per minute, at $88 per hour labor...
